This weekend Josh worked 12-hour night shifts and needed his sleep during the day so I took the kids to Ida Grove for the day on Saturday! We left about 8am and spent the day baking Valentine cupcakes; dancing to CD's, making Valentine cards after a trip to Selections to pick out paper and stickers, ice cream and vanilla cokes at the pharmacy, a trip over to Grandma & Grandpa Hewitt's house and dinner with G/G Kallin and G/G Hewitt at Pizza Hut! It was fun to spend some time at home and keep busy with a few fun little projects. Hopefully Josh will be able to come along next time and we will be able to stay a little longer :)
