We did two small trips this summer with just Hayley and Hudson while Hazel got some special one-on-one time with grandpa and grandma Kallin and Hewitt. We had fun being able to do some fun things with the older two while visiting Katie and Drew at their apartment in Des Moines. We grilled out, enjoyed their pool, played mini-golf, drove go-karts, went to Jethro's BBQ, and had breakfast with Jeremy before heading home. The kids had a blast and we enjoyed having some time with Katie and Drew - they were very sweet hosts! We might have to do another similar trip this summer too!
