We have been living at our "rental" house since July 20th and it has been going very well. The house is cute and cozy inside and a bit bigger than our house on Court Street. Josh is hard at work finishing things up and we are finally to the stage of painting in the newly textured basement! Next week we are hoping to have all new carpet installed downstairs. The tentative plan is to list FSBO and hopefully be in our permanent family home before Winter.
