Pooltime

I am loving my summer hours at work with Friday afternoons off! Today I picked Hayley up for a little mommy/Hayley time. We left Hudson at Brenda's while we went out for lunch at McDonalds and to the pool. Hayley only associates one thing with McDonalds...french fries! She gets a happy meal when we go and she loves the french fries, chocolate milk, and toy. One of these days she is bound to catch on to how yummy the chicken nuggets are too! We sat in a booth and watched the cars go through the drive-through saying the colors that we knew. Afterwards we headed over to Leif Erikson pool! There were lots of kids in the baby pool but Hayley got used to the commotion and went all over (with mom just a step behind and usually haning onto my hand). We stayed for about an hour and a half enjoying the gorgeous afternoon and fun atmosphere. Love this little girl to pieces and really enjoyed spending some time with the just the two of us. It's nice to be able to give her 100% of my attention and love. Of course we picked up Hudson afterwards and loved on him too. I can't even imagine him being old enough to do these things! I'm sure it won't be long!
