Dinner with Amy Roloff

I have a pretty awesome job with United Way and was excited to go to dinner with Amy Roloff, 2012 Power Lunch Keynote speaker, on Tuesday night before our big event on Wednesday. This is my 4th year of coordinating this event for United Way and is a very fun and enjoyable component of my job! We enjoyed dinner with Amy at Kahills Tuesday night since she arrived plenty early on Tuesday afternoon. Amy is an awesome person; very dedicated mom and wife; and so real about everything she spoke of - especially how she balances and handles her family life and TLC producers of Little People Big World. She was a great person to meet and another wonderful experience I was able to take part in thanks to my position at United Way of Siouxland. A Family is a Little World Created by Love

I started this blog in March 2010 to document all that is happening in our lives. Josh and I were married September 12, 2009. We found out we were expecting our first child in October 2009 and were blessed with our daughter, Hayley Ann, on June 4, 2010. We found out we were expecting our second child in March 2011 and were blessed with our son, Hudson James, on December 4, 2011. We shared the news about Baby #3 in March 2013 and welcomed Hazel Kathleen to our family on November 25, 2013! Baby #4 was announced in May 2015 and Harper Louise joined our family January 17, 2016. I hope that the books created from this blog will serve as a special way to look back over the years when Josh and I are older and to pass on to the kids to give them a glimpse into their childhood and all of the fun times we shared!

HAYLEY ANN: 1st Grade (6). Spunky. Fun. Sweet. Best Big Sister! Rainbows and Minnie Mouse are favorites.

HUDSON JAMES: (5). Sweet Boy. Trucks. Loves Sisters. "I Need You". Snuggle Bug. All boy. :) Spiderman and Ninja Turtles are favorites.

HAZEL KATHLEEN: (3). Growing. Growling. Beautiful Hair. Sweet baby girl. Staying healthy! Not quite talking but oh so sweet. "Yea" is the answer. Great hugger :)

HARPER LOUISE: (10 Months). Great Sleeper. Good Eater. Snuggles. Baby Soft Skin. So Much Love. Happy and Content - 4 teeth in; crawling all over and wanting to walk!
