Pumpkin Carving Night!
Last Friday night we carved a pumpkin with Hayley! She had to check things out first but eventually reached into the pumpkin and was helping! She even helped me separate some pumpkin seeds that we baked (a little too long). Dad did all of the work carving the pumpkin and made a really good scary face :) We lit the pumpkin and put it out on the front step. Hayley wasn't too sure at first but loved looking at our Jack-O-Lantern from inside the house. It's so fun to be starting these little family traditions that I remember doing growing up each year. We are excited to take our little "Piglet" trick-or-treating in a couple of days!
