Hayley's 1st Halloween

I think Josh would agree that I was more excited for Hayley's 1st Halloween than Hayley. I had fun picking out her costume and planning to "Trick or Treat" to a few of our family's homes here in town. Mom, Dad, Jill & Katie were all over on Halloween to visit and Joe & Kayan came for the day on Saturday so we got to see everyone and get pictures with Hayley in her costume. (Minus Kim & Jeremy who we miss!) On Sunday, I had a little photo shoot with Hayley that I had been dying to try - I did a separate blog post for this- and we went trick or treating to Grandma & Grandpa Keane's, my aunt and uncle Mag & Joe's house, and Grandma & Grandpa Hewitt's.
Hayley looked so cute in her costume but I will warn you that she isn't too enthused-looking in these pictures. I also noticed as I posted these pictures that Josh isn't in a single one. Everytime family is around everyone wants to be in a picture and Josh is not a picture fan so I guess he managed to not be noticed this time. I am going to do a better job of getting pictures of Hayley with her dad!

Even though she obviously won't remember her 1st Halloween or care if we did anything or not I want her to be able to look back and know how much happiness she brings to Josh and me and all of our families! Life is so much sweeter with Hayley in it! Happy 1st Halloween Hayley!

Trick or Treating at Great-Grandpa & Grandma Keane's

Next, we stopped at Mag & Joe's house for dessert and a few pictures.

By the time we got to Great-Grandpa & Grandma Hewitt's Hayley was pooped!

Grandma & Grandpa Kallin looking fabulous!

Mom wore her mask over to Grandma & Grandpa Keane's house that afternoon and Grandma didn't miss a beat and just said. "Oh, Hi Kathy!"... pretty funny!

Halloween Party at Qwest with Aunt Jill!

Hayley's babysitter, Brenda, is an excellent artist and was selling pumpkins the entire month of October so after seeing all kinds of these cool pumpkins every day taking Hayley to daycare I had to buy one!
