Crafty!

I've seen some very cute tutu's ever since I learned we were having a little girl and most recently one for Christmas. I decided it would be fun to try and make one for Hayley so I went to Hobby Lobby and got rolls of tulle, ribbon, and elastic. It turned out pretty cute but might be a little big on her. I'm hoping to get some 6 month pictures in it and definitely some pictures at Christmas! It was fun and easy to make; not professional but not too bad!
