"When Hayley Met Leslee"

My best friend from college, Leslee, lives in Davenport and we only see each other a few times each year. The last time we met up was in May when I was almost 8 months pregnant with Hayley! We love to meet up at Jordan Creek Mall to shop and eat at the Cheesecake Factory.

We finally planned a weekend to meet so Leslee could meet Hayley! We met in Des Moines last weekend and went to the Farmers Market, Jordan Creek Mall, and of course The Cheesecake Factory. I was so excited for Leslee to meet Hayley and we had a great day together. I really wish we lived closer but thankfully we stay close through emails and texting.

Kayan was nice enough to come along on our trip just in case I needed an extra hand with Hayley since it's a long drive to Des Moines. Hayley was an angel and slept all the way but it was great to have Kayan along just in case. She watched Hayley while Leslee so Leslee and I did some shopping at the mall. Shopping with a jogger/stroller is not impossible but definitely a challenge!
