Hayley: Life at 3 Months

Hayley was 3 months old on September 4th! She is becoming more and more fun all the time. Her new accomplishments are smiling, cooing, and a little giggling :) She is still working on holding her head up and has not been doing any rolling yet. I'm waiting for all these things to happen but have to remind myself that her "adjusted age" will only be 2 months on September 10th. She has been eating 6 oz instead of 4oz the last week or so and is starting to fill out in her little cheeks. She has slept through the night a couple of times but is getting better and usually goes 5-6 hours straight each night. My next goal is to get her sleeping in her crib all night. She sleeps great in her swing so it's tempting to just let her sleep there so we all get some sleep, but it's about time that I stick to it and work on getting her used to sleeping in her crib. After all, it's a gorgeous crib and very cute bedding that we've just been looking at.. time to put it to use! The babysitter is working out wonderfully. It's so great that she is only a few block away.. we usually come rolling into her driveway at 7:55.. and I make it to work just a few minutes after 8:00! Yes-mornings are busy! Overall, things are going really well. I'm debating putting Hayley's bassinet away; it's strange that her "newborn" stage is already over. Considering the size of our little home-it will be probably be put away soon :) Most picture frames in our house now have pictures of Hayley and her new favorite place to sit is her vibrating bouncy chair!
